LinkMiUp Cookies Policy

Version 2.1 · Last updated 10/29/2026

COOKIES POLICY

Please read this cookie policy carefully as it contains important information on who we are and how we use cookies on our Services. This policy is provided by Leopold Isaacs, trading as LinkMiUp, of 106 Dysons Road, Edmonton, London, N18 2DJ (we, us or our), and applies when you use our website at www.linkmiup.com and related services (Services). This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which sets out who we are, how to contact us, what data is collected, how and why we collect, store, use and share personal information generally, as well as your rights in relation to your personal information and details of how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a complaint.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file which is placed onto your device (e.g. your smartphone or other electronic device) when you use our Services. We also use similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. In this policy we refer to all of these as cookies.

Cookies help us to recognise you and your device and allow us to store some information about your preferences or past actions.

At the moment, the only cookies we place on your device are those needed to run the Services, for example to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do count visits to the Services to understand how the site is used, and we do this on our own domain without placing anything on your device, so those counts are not cookies and do not depend on your consent choice. If we start to place any non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

For further information on our use of cookies, including a detailed list of the cookies we use, please see below.

For further information on cookies generally, including how to control and manage them, visit the guidance on cookies published by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.

Consent to use cookies and changing settings

We will ask for your consent to place cookies or other similar technologies on your device, except where they are essential for us to provide you with a service that you have requested (e.g. to allow you to remain logged-in to the Services as you navigate within the Services and use the Services functionalities).

When you first visit the Services, a banner tells you about our use of cookies and lets you choose “Essential only” or “Accept all”. At the moment we only place essential cookies on your device, so both choices have the same effect. The visit counts

described below are not cookies and are not affected by your choice. If we start to place any non-essential cookies,

“Accept all” will be how you consent to them. You can change your choice or withdraw any consent at any time by using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the Services. It may be necessary to refresh or restart the Services for the updated settings to take effect.

Performance or analytics: visit counts

  • Name: No cookie and no browser storage is used. Our visit analytics runs on our own domain

(linkmiup.com) and is not a third-party analytics service.

  • Purpose: Counts visits and page views, and records the pages opened, the device type, the

country the visit came from and the address of the page that linked to us. Each visit is given

a random identifier that is discarded when the visit ends, so visits are not linked to one

another and no visitor profile is built. We use these counts to understand how the Services are

used and where to improve them.

  • Whether cookie is essential for us to provide you with a service

that you have requested and whether we will seek your consent before we

place the cookie: Nothing is placed on your device, so this is not a cookie and your consent

choice does not affect it. We process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and

improving the Services, and you can ask us to stop by writing to privacy@linkmiup.com. If we

later introduce analytics cookies, we will request your consent where the law requires it.

Marketing or advertising cookies

  • Name: None currently used
  • Purpose: Not applicable.
  • Whether cookie is essential for us to provide you with a service

that you have requested and whether we will seek your consent before we

place the cookie: Not applicable. If we introduce them, we will request your consent

before placing them.

Third parties may also set their own cookies when you use their services through ours. For example, if you sign in with your Google account, Google may use its own cookies on its sign-in pages. We do not control those cookies. Please see the relevant third party’s cookie policy for details.

How to turn off all cookies and consequences of doing so

If you do not want to accept any cookies, you may be able to change your device settings so that cookies (including those which are essential to the services requested) are not accepted. If you do this, please be aware that you may lose some of the functionality of our Services, including the ability to sign in, and of other Services you use on your device. For further information about cookies and how to disable them please go to the guidance on cookies published by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.
